Our Services are advisory in nature. We provide frameworks, analysis, recommendations, and implementation guidance. Final decisions, execution, and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.

We do not guarantee specific financial, operational, legal, regulatory, or business results.

3. AI And Technology Advisory

Where artificial intelligence, automation systems, or analytics tools are discussed or implemented, such technologies may generate probabilistic or predictive outputs.

Clients remain responsible for validating outputs and determining suitability before operational, financial, or legal implementation. Temple Town Technologies is not liable for outcomes resulting from automated or client-executed system decisions.

4. Engagement, Scope, And Billing

Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in written proposals, engagement letters, or mutually confirmed communications prior to work commencing.

  • Billing may be time-based, milestone-based, or fixed-scope
  • Invoices are payable according to agreed terms
  • Committed consulting time and resources are billable

Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
  • Designate authorized decision-makers
  • Review deliverables within reasonable timeframes
  • Implement recommendations responsibly and lawfully
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

Our Frameworks And Methods

All proprietary methodologies, systems designs, frameworks, templates, training materials, and advisory models developed or used by Temple Town Technologies remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of pre-existing materials and data. You grant us a limited license to use such materials solely for delivering Services.

Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables are licensed for internal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public business, financial, operational, and technical information shared during engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Data And Privacy

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Clients remain responsible for ensuring they have lawful rights to share data with us.

9. Third-Party Tools

Our work may reference or integrate third-party or open-source tools. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of external systems outside our control.

10. Disclaimer Of Warranties

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WHILE WE APPLY PROFESSIONAL CARE AND BEST PRACTICES, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING BUSINESS OUTCOMES, PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS, OR RETURN ON INVESTMENT.

11. Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEMPLE TOWN TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ENGAGEMENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Temple Town Technologies against claims arising from:

  • Misuse of deliverables
  • Unauthorized implementation of recommendations
  • Violation of laws or third-party rights

13. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, INDIA. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kundapura.

15. Changes To Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected by the revised "Last updated" date.
